Cancellation policy at Alma Solar

WARRANTY PRODUCT

If a default is appaered, firslty ALMA SOLAR will contact the manufacturer to have a technical analysis. We aren't be responsible of any long answer time from manufacturers. If the damage is under warranty product, we will manage the exchange, transport included. You will not pay any transport cost for exchange your damaged product. Note, the damage during transport can't be considered a default product under warranty. Only insurance transport can be used.

You must notify ALMA SOLAR per email with pictures, serial numbers and internet link to make online analysis.

Under EU rules, we must repair, replace, or give you a full or partial refund if something you buy turns out to be faulty or doesn’t look or work as advertised. You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee, at no cost. 

RETURN

You can return any purchase within 14 days without justification (see 14-day cooling-off period). After 14 days, you can usually only ask for a partial or full refund if it's not possible to repair or replace the goods. Please note that you might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor (such as a scratch, used or opened). The returned product must not have been unpacked, unsealed, or used in any way. Any opening of the originally sealed packaging will lead to the assumption that the device has been used.

PROCESS TO RETURN

You must first notify us of your intention to withdraw from www.alma-solarshop.com by email. You must then return the product to the Alma Shop depot in LUXEMBOURG, the costs and risks incurred by returning the product being your responsibility. Don't forget to add to product the invoice and the original delivery slip. The returned product must not have been unpacked, unsealed, or used in any way. It must therefore be returned in its original, unopened packaging as it was originally sealed.

Any opening of the originally sealed packaging will lead to the assumption that the device has been used.

If the product or its packaging has been damaged, ALMA SHOP SA will notify you before returning the product to you.

If the product is returned without having been opened, damaged or used, Alma Shop will credit your account, within two weeks of receipt, the amount of the product less the initial transport cost.
