Delivery of your order

Any order in EUROPE is FREE from 6.000€ (excluding Greece and Switzerland) . You will have the transport cost directly on your cart. Don't forget to create your account before.

Transport costs (including customs declaration) are calculated into the cart for Switzerland. No free shipping is possible for Switzerland.

Transports to Greece are to expensive to apply free transport. No free shipping is possible for Greece.

You are contacted BEFORE DELIVERY

Note that shipping costs include all costs associated with packaging (handling, protection, ...) and transport (collection of packages, delivery, use of special equipment ...). Also, we include the insurance cost for your product. It is important that each of your shipments is insured against breakage during transport.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY PLACE

We are thus able to deliver to your home, at your place of work or at your neighbor and ALL it without any cost on the order. You simply specify the delivery address different from the billing address for your order. Each order will be specially prepared and adapted with a specific packaging.

TRACKING NUMBER SENT

Our logistics assure you track your goods via a tracking number. This same number is sent to you so that you can also follow the progress of transport. We are able to deliver in all European countries.

Delivery time

We ensure all orders shipped between 5-7 business days after confirmation order. Payment confirms your order.

1 delivery method

The delivery to your home / office:
Your order is delivered by DACHSER or DB SCHENKER against signature. If you are absent at the delivery date, our carrier will leave a notice in the mailbox. Our customer service will also be notified, in order to ensure better monitoring. Note that there is no fee for second passage. If you don't contact us or our carrier within 10 days after the third passage, the package will automatically be returned to our company. We reserve the right to charge extra shipping for the cost of reshipment.

Collection of your goods from our warehouse:
Some customers in the vicinity of our warehouse have requested to collect their orders themselves. We are unable to accept pick-up at our warehouse for security reasons. Many trucks drop off and pick up parcels at our warehouse every day. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery area

We will deliver in all Europe without any customs fees (excluding MALTA).

Our tranporteur DACHSER (depends on your location) supports the delivery of your order from stocks ALMA SHOP to your home.

Special conditions for the safe packaging and transportation of goods are applied photovoltaic fragile. In fact, our products are specially packaged and are not covered by other palettes.

Defect at the reception

For any defect on the package after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery through our site. Thank you notify us in the form of contact defects, your order number and a telephone number where one of our technicians can quickly call you. Subsequently pictures will be requested.

In case the product is defective due to shock during delivery (recorded in 48 hours), we put in place all possible means to achieve the exchange as soon as possible. No additional fees will be required.
