Telephone technical support
The contract applies as soon as you have connected your inverter to the internet and sent your access to our technical team. From this moment, a technician is dedicated to your installation and ensures regular monitoring of your installation.
Price transparency
You pay once a year for your maintenance contract. 1 month before the end of your contract, we will contact you to jointly validate the renewal of your contract. At the price of €299 including tax/year, you have no bad surprises.
Preventative maintenance
We manage the performance of your installation remotely and configure it to ensure the best performance over time from your inverter, batteries and solar panels.
Telephone technical support
You have an inverter failure, a diagnosis is made within 48 hours by your technician. If the inverter needs to be replaced or changed, we call in WORKEE. Its intervention will be in addition to the maintenance contract and subject to a quote to be validated by you.
Managing your contract
The contract is applied upon completion of installation. Failures prior to this contract or related to installation cannot be managed. As soon as the ALMA SOLAR technician activates your maintenance contract, he defines a compliant state of your installation.
The maintenance contract cannot be activated if your installation is non-functional at the time of subscription. This service is not an installation assistance service.

#2 - Alma Solar validates my contract
An Alma Solar technician will contact you to obtain remote access to your inverter. It is imperative that your inverter is connected to the internet (via wifi or ethernet cable). From this moment, the technician will define a status of your inverter. If the inverter is non-functional, it will ask you for repair in order to activate the maintenance contract. The contract will only be active if your solar panel installation is functional. The maintenance report is not an installation assistance service.
#3 – My installation is assured
After activation of your contract, you have the assurance of complete remote monitoring. We provide monitoring and management of alarms. In the event of a defect, we will offer you various solutions to resolve the problem remotely.
In the event that the breakdown requires installer intervention, we will contact the WORKEE installer to intervene (if WORKEE is present in your region). The intervention will be subject to a quote that you can validate.

It is imperative that your solar panel installation is functional before activating this maintenance contract. We cannot provide preventive maintenance if your photovoltaic panel installation on your roof or ground is not yet producing electricity. This maintenance is provided when you have finished your installation and your inverter is producing without fault. If you need assistance during your installation, we offer a technical support service provided by our technical team.
Do we need Ensure the performance to clean solar panels?
Apart from the ALMA SOLAR maintenance contract, you must check an annual physical inspection. Indeed, it is important to verify that the cleanliness of your solar panels is acceptable. There are often storms or rain with sand particles. These particles bring sand to your photovoltaic panels and make a deposit. Over time, the performance of your solar modules is impacted. It is therefore important to clean them if you think they are dirty. You can use tap water or demineralized water (but this will cost you a lot) to clean your panels. You can also use a brush to remove dirt deposits on the bottom of the solar panel.
Solar inverters also need an annual inspection. It is good to ensure that the natural ventilation, on the back of the inverters, is not obstructed. Indeed, the inverter heats up. The vertical aluminum bars on the back allow the electronic cards to cool and ensure the best performance of your solar panel installation. So check that there are no cobwebs, dust or other things that could generate the ventilation of your inverter.
