Description

The Huawei LUNA2000-5kW-C0 is a power control module for Huawei's home battery system. The LUNA2000 batteries are made up of lithium-iron-phosphate cells and can be stacked up to three times for a maximum storage capacity of 15 kWh per cell. However, the system can be expanded with a second cell for a total capacity of up to 30 kWh with two cells in parallel.

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is widely recognised as one of the safest and most stable chemicals for energy storage, thanks to its wide temperature range and limited risk of thermal runaway (overheating).

The LUNA2000-5kW-C0 battery has a capacity of 5 kWh. The domestic battery works with most solar inverters, but is specially designed to work seamlessly with Huawei inverters.
